While we may not be able to process all submitted images, we will make every effort to work with your files effectively.

After purchasing a graphics kit, we will email you a design proof in the form of a flat layout. You can request up to two free revisions for changes. Once the proof is approved, please allow 1-2 business days for standard printing. Shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks, with a tracking number provided approximately one week after shipment.
