All purchases made through REV797 are final and non-refundable. Since we operate a print-on-demand service, each item is created specifically for your order. It is essential to confirm that the selected design is suitable for your vehicle's year, make, and model to avoid purchasing the wrong product, as these will not be eligible for a return or refund.

1. Color and Display Discrepancies
Please be aware that due to limitations in print pigments, aging vehicle plastics, and other factors, the colors of the printed decals may differ slightly from the actual color of your vehicle. Additionally, wraps may not cover every inch of your vehicle’s plastic surfaces, so it's important to consider your vehicle's existing color when choosing a wrap design. Please note that all graphics are shown on digital render models and may not exactly match the chassis you select, meaning there could be minor differences in the final design.

Digital displays such as computer screens, phones, and tablets may show colors differently due to variations in display technology (RGB vs. CMYK). As a result, we cannot guarantee that the printed graphics will perfectly match the online depiction. If precise color matching is important, we encourage you to contact us before ordering or provide specific color instructions at checkout.

2. Limitations of Liability
Although we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, we do not make any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information, products, or services provided. Any reliance on the content of the website is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of the site or products purchased through it.

3. External Links and Website Downtime
Our website may include links to external sites that are not under our control. These links are provided solely for convenience, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement of the content or responsibility for the external websites. We strive to ensure our website is always operational, but we are not liable for any temporary outages or technical difficulties beyond our control.

4. We only provide warranty coverage for issues that occur during shipping. Any damage caused during use is not covered under the warranty.

5. We do not offer price adjustments. If an item you purchased goes on sale after your purchase, we’re unable to issue a refund or credit for the price difference.

6. Refund Policy: For graphic wraps and decals, orders canceled after the design proof has been created will incur a 30% design fee, with the remaining 70% refunded.
If an order is canceled before the proof is created, a full refund will be issued.
Once the final proof has been approved, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

For all other non–print-on-demand products, a full refund is available before shipment. For a smoother and faster resolution, we strongly encourage customers to record an unboxing video upon delivery. Video proof allows our support team to review and process any claims efficiently.

 

7. Refund Policy for Non-POD Products

If a customer requests a refund for a non-POD product, the product must be in a condition suitable for resale. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for the following:

a. Shipping costs incurred by the seller and a processing fee (40% of the total payment)

b. Return shipping fees

c. Any applicable taxes or duties

Refunds will only be issued once we receive and verify that the product is in good condition. The maximum refund amount will be up to 60% of the total payment.
