SALE 70+kW Primary Carbon Belt CNC Vented Steel Pulley Drive Kit
Tips: With our hollowed-out design and optimized spacing layout, we estimate that up to 90% of carbon fiber belts on the market can achieve around a 20% increase in lifespan when paired with this drive kit.
Please choose the 20MM LBX belt carefully — it may cause slight rubbing. Most importantly, based on real-world testing, the 18MM belt offers better long-term stability and durability.
Upgrade your Light Bee/79Bike Falcon/Ventus one/one plus/Rerode R1/R1 plus/Eride Pro S with REV797’s Primary Drive Belt Kit—engineered for riders who demand durability, performance, and low maintenance. Replace the stock chain with a quieter, stronger belt system designed for aggressive riding in mud, sand, or city streets.
1. Stronger, Wider Belt: 19mm (Light Bee/79Bike Falcon/Ventus/Rerode R1/Eride Pro 23T&51T)/25mm (ultra bee 27T&61T) carbon belt offers superior strength and grip compared to the stock 16mm/23mm, designed to withstand high torque, heavy accelerations, and frequent 0–60 tests.
2. Mud-Shedding Pulley Teeth: Hollow, drilled teeth let dirt and sand fall through, reducing wear and extending belt life, perfect for off-road or aggressive trail riding.
3. Quieter Operation, Less Drag, Less Heat: Enjoy the smooth, quiet feel of belt drive with reduced friction and maintenance compared to chains.
4. Signature Whistle Under Load: Hollow teeth produce a subtle “scream” under heavy acceleration—a mark of precision engineering.
5. CNC Machined Steel Pulleys: Sandblasted, copper- and chrome-plated pulleys for maximum strength, wear resistance, and corrosion protection.
6. Built for Reliability: The pulley fits belts up to 20.5mm (Light Bee, etc) / 25mm (Ultra Bee). Weighing 0.86 lbs, it is heat-treated for toughness and designed to fit stock geometry for straightforward installation.
Upgrade to a drivetrain designed for high-performance, aggressive riders—lighter pulleys, stronger belt, and the ability to evacuate mud and dirt for maximum durability.

Install was as straight forward as any other chain/belt drive system, the components are very pretty and have 0 machining defects from my initial inspection of the parts. The belt is nice and 2mm wider than the factory belt. But from the carbon composition it seems to be much stronger (and a bit stiffer, compared to a GT4 belt).

I picked up the Rev797 cnc primary pulley kit for my Surron Ultra Bee, and it’s honestly one of the best durability upgrades I’ve made. The machining quality is top-notch, you can tell immediately that it’s professionally built and not some cheap mass-produced part.
One of the standout features is the open belt grooves, which helps shed dirt and mud before it packs in and causes issues. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference, especially if you ride hard or in messy conditions. It keeps the pulley cleaner, reduces stress on the drivetrain, and gives peace of mind on longer rides. Overall, the kit feels durable, looks great, and performs exactly how you’d hope. Highly recommend anything rev 797 is putting out they clearly know what they are doing.
You'll be happy with the rev797 carbon belt and pulley kit. Holds 70+kw for me no problem! -

I recently installed the Rev 797 carbon belt on my 30 kW Sur-Ron, after having used the EBG belt for a while and the SKRMod belt, which unfortunately stripped after about 400 km.
After riding with the Rev 797 in every possible condition ,snow, road, and even on track I can honestly say it has been one of the best upgrades I’ve made so far.The first thing I noticed is the quality of the belt itself. It feels solid and well-made, with a clean finish and no imperfections. Installation was straightforward, and the fitment was perfect with no adjustments needed once mounted. From the very first ride, the belt ran smoothly and quietly, definitely quieter than some of the other belts I’ve tested.Performance-wise, it has handled everything I’ve thrown at it.
On the road it’s smooth and consistent, even when pushing full power. In the snow, where belts normally slip or feel unstable, this one stayed surprisingly reliable with no sudden loss of traction. On track days, under hard acceleration and braking, the belt didn’t flinch it stayed tight, stable, and never showed signs of stress or stretch. After a good amount of mixed riding, the belt still shows minimal wear. No cracking, no fraying, no signs that it’s getting tired. Compared to the SKRMod belt that failed early, the Rev 797 feels noticeably stronger and more durable, especially for high-power builds like mine.
Overall, the Rev 797 carbon belt has been extremely impressive. It handles high torque, harsh conditions, and aggressive riding without issues. If you’re running a powerful Sur-Ron setup and want something that lasts, this belt is absolutely worth it.
